This Omron HBP-1120 BP monitor can take automatic readings using the oscillometric method with Omron's IntelliSense technology, or be used with a stethoscope for manual auscultatory measurement. The inflation pressure can also be set manually. Having both methods in one unit allows readings to be cross-checked. The device works within a measurement range of 60 to 250 mmHg for systolic pressure, 40 to 200 mmHg for diastolic pressure, and 40 to 200 beats per minute for pulse, with a pressure display range of 0 to 300 mmHg and a maximum mean error of ±5 mmHg.
