This MSI B850M GAMING PLUS MAX WIFI motherboard measures 243.84 x 243.84 mm and still fits four DDR5 slots, three M.2 slots, Wi-Fi 7, and 5G LAN. The four DDR5 UDIMM slots on the MSI MAG B850M GAMING PLUS MAX WIFI Motherboard support up to 256GB of memory in dual-channel mode. Speeds run from 4800 to 5600 MT/s under JEDEC and from 5600 up to 8200 MT/s with overclocking. On Ryzen 9000 series processors, a single-rank module in one slot per channel can reach 8200+ MT/s, while the other setups listed reach 6400+ or 6000+ MT/s. The board supports AMD EXPO, non-ECC unbuffered memory, and CUDIMM in clock driver bypass mode. Two Direct OC jumpers allow base clock tuning, and an EZ Memory Detection LED helps with memory checks.
