Executive to Assistant Manager, Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of branches, dealers, distributors, and warehouses – covering inventory and accounts.
  • Perform market surveys, review collected quotations, and verify the accuracy of procured items.
  • Carry out and follow up on a wide range of audits, investigations, and performance reviews across accounts, operations, processes, sales, distribution, and marketing functions.
  • Check and verify all bills/vouchers to ensure accuracy of accounting transactions (both pre- and post-payment).
  • Audit safes, petty cash, IOUs, and petty cash bills in branches and head office.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and checks on expenses, vouchers, and hard cash transactions.

Skills Required:

  • Sound understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools.
  • Good knowledge of inventory and internal control systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
